Latest Updates: Delete Messages Feature to roll out soon in WhatsApp

The recent updates of WhatsApp will automatically delete the messages and make it seem like the message never existed.

• The Delete messages feature will be available for group chats and only accessible to administrators.
• Apparently, the feature will work as a ‘Cleaning tool’ for group chats.

You may have an idea that WhatsApp constantly keeps updating its app to include a bevy of brand new features to provide users awesome messaging and call experience.

The same features were earlier spotted in android’s beta version. The best thing is that WhatsApp confirmed that the same brand new feature will be available as well for Group chats and only accessible to administrators.

Once if you available the feature, this will automatically delete messages after a particular period of time set by the WhatsApp user and make it look like the message never existed.

There is also a fabulous feature that was placed in the latest Beta version of the WhatsApp app. Probably, this new feature will work as a “cleaning tool” for group chats in WhatsApp.

This importantly means that the brand feature will help administrators to remove group messages after a particular period of time and automatically clear and manage storage space.

They said: “Groups have usually a lot of messages and this feature could help to save your phone storage, deleting old messages automatically (only administrators will be able to enable/disable it),”

Once the feature available in WhatsApp, WhatsApp will automatically place a toggle on/off button and users will be able to choose a particular time interval for the messages to disappear.

There will be available five awesome options for time intervals to choose from 1 Hour, 1 Day, 1 Week, 1 Month, and 1 year.

However, The Company has not officially announced the release date of the update. Therefore, it is okay if you can’t view the brand new feature yet in WhatsApp App.
