Twitter is planning to launch a Clarification Feature

Twitter is one of the most authentic social platforms in the world where all the famous personalities posts about their daily routines.

It includes the politicians, Sportsman, TV artists and many more.

There is a new feature introducing by the Company CEO Jack Dorsey which allows the users to add extra content on to their “Old Tweets”.

According to the CEO

The main reason for adding this new feature in the platform is to give a slight edge to all those political personalities.

Who tweet about something and later wants to clarify the mistakes without any need to delete the tweet.

This feature will make the user safe about their tweets, He said at the Goldman Sachs internet and technology conference in San Francisco.

Dorsey Further Explained to the audience on Thursday that,

The other thing that we’re seeing more broadly within the culture right now in this particular moment is people quote-unquote ‘being canceled’ because of past things that they’ve said on Twitter or various other places in social media

In fact, there is still an option available for the user in face of retweet through which they can rewrite anything for correction But,

Dorsey said,

“Twitter was thinking about adding this feature but then it hasn’t been finalized yet.”

The plan of introducing these new features came into his mind when different high-profile personalities faced the embarrassment on account of their old tweets.

There were different scenarios happened in the past with the personalities which are not necessary to mention here individually.
